I am 5'4" - 122 lbs. I am normally a size 2-4 but opted for the 4 because the material is not stretchy. It fit snug around my ribcage but is loser around the waist and stomach areas. This dress hit me right at the ankle in 3" heels. The model in the listing photo is a size US 2 and 5'7".
